Cancellation Policy
A 30% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service balance at the time of your appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. This policy ensures fairness and protects the time and preparation invested in each client.
